INGREDIENTS:

I like to double the recipe but its up to you!

  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup

  • 1/2 Packet of Dry Onion Mix

  • 2 Tbsp Sugar

  • 1/4 Cup Vinegar

  • 1/4 Cup Oil ( I use Olive Oil)

  • 1 tsp. Mustard

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • Dash of Louisiana Hot Sauce

Also whatever veggies you want on your sticks! Here I used Onions. Bell Peppers, Squash, Zucchini, Steak and Chicken.

Directions:

  1. Mix it all together.

  2. Place you steak/ chicken in the marinade and place in the fridge. I like to make mine in the morning and marinate all day. If you don’t have time for that then skip this step!

  3. When your ready to cook it you will want to get your grill going. I cook mine around 350-375 degrees.

  4. Stick your meat and veggies on kabob sticks and slap them on the grill! I like to put my steak on separate sticks than the chicken so that I can cook according to how I like my steak!

  5. I like to get a grill brush and brush on the extra kabob sauce as i cook and turn the kabobs.

  6. Cook until done!
